Vitra Circle Store Brussels will close its doors in Evere on September 30, 2026, and prepare for a new chapter. After a thorough renovation, we will move to the Vitra Showroom location in Diegem in the autumn. Before then, we would like to welcome you to Evere one last time to enjoy Vitra and Artek products offered at heavily reduced prices.

>> Smooth shopping for everyone

To ensure a smooth shopping experience for everyone and to maintain a good flow at the checkouts, we allow customers to enter in phases, so it may take a while before you can enter upon arrival. We ensure that the offer remains ample and attractive, so that you still have plenty of choice of beautiful items later in the day.

>> Payments and packaging materials

We do everything we can to ensure that the passage at the checkouts runs as smoothly as possible. This year, we are providing a new label system on which you can find the purchase price at a glance. We are again providing a maximum number of payment terminals (we only accept payment cards and electronic eco-cheques) Tip: Check your daily limit in time and remember your own packaging materials.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a product list where I can reserve items?


Unfortunately, we can't provide a product list or reserve items in advance. A week before the stock sale, you won't be able to buy anything online, but all products will remain visible. This online selection is only a fraction of what will actually be available during the stock sale. Starting December 1st, you'll find some sneak peeks here; be sure to keep an eye on our Instagram page.

Can I park easily?


You can park for free everywhere around the building and on the street.

Will I receive a proof of purchase/invoice?


You will always receive a copy of the statement by email to the address you provide during registration.
You can only receive an invoice if you indicate this during the registration process and then enter your correct billing information. We will only send you the invoice in the weeks following the stock sale.

How do I bring my (bulky) items to the checkout?


We kindly ask you to bring all purchases to the checkout yourself and take them with you the same day.

On request, Vitra employees will be happy to assist you with this, and a number of trolleys are also available to make this task easier.

Large items can be left in the store upon request until you have arranged transport - preferably the same day.

On simple request, we will provide you with information about our logistics partner X-Team in Vilvoorde.

Can I exchange my purchase afterwards?


Every purchase is final. You enjoy a renewed 2-year warranty on every product.

What are the payment options?


We only accept electronic payments via:

  • credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • debit card
  • electronic ecocheques (Monizze, Edenred, Pluxee).

Remember to increase your daily limit in time.
