Stapelstein®, designed to encourage movement and play.

From Saturday, May 18, 2026, for three months, you will find a selection of Stapelstein® Unique Products at a reduced price in the Vitra Circle Store Brussels. This temporary pop-up brings together two brands that share the same vision: sustainable design, responsible production, and conscious use of resources.

Stapelstein® originated from the conviction that our daily environment should invite movement and play, rather than restrict it. The brand was founded in 2016 to bring the joy of playful movement into everyday life. With play and seating systems that strengthen balance, posture, and concentration and stimulate creativity, Stapelstein® makes this joy accessible to everyone – regardless of age or physical abilities.

Stapelstein® Unique Products

A special part of the collection are the Stapelstein® Unique Products: items that show fine, individual colour pigments that arise during the production process when, during a colour change in the machine, individual particles of a different coloured base material remain. Of course, these do not affect the shape, function, or stability of the elements.

Every Stapelstein® element is carefully manufactured to high quality standards and under fair conditions in Germany. The system is circular: it is made from the durable mono-material EPP, is 100% recyclable, and designed for longevity. As a steward-owned company, Stapelstein® consciously prioritizes impact over quick profit, with the aim of contributing to well-being through movement and play. They summarize this vision as joyful longevity.
