Fast payments via new cash register system

Thanks to a new cash register system and additional payment terminals, we are doing everything we can to ensure that payments (only via payment cards or digital eco-cheques) run as smoothly as possible.

Packaging material

We think about the environment together with you and ask you to bring your own (preferably reusable) packaging material. We cannot provide packaging material on site.

Can I reserve a product?

Unfortunately we can not reserve articles or provide a product list. From November 26th you will find some sneak previews here.

Will I receive a proof of purchase/invoice?

You will always receive a copy of the statement by email.
On request we will make an invoice in your name. Please provide your billing information during the online registration process.

What about large purchases?

We kindly request that you bring all purchases to the checkout yourself and take them with you on the day itself. Vitra employees will help you with this on request. They can also provide information about our logistics partner X-Team.

Can I exchange my purchase afterwards?

Every purchase is final. You enjoy a renewed 2-year warranty on every product.

Is there sufficient parking?

Vitra Circle Brussels has a large free parking lot. Free parking is also available in the surrounding streets. We provide a loading zone at the exit.
